Myppets.club (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. This DMCA Copyright Policy describes how copyright owners and their authorized agents may report alleged copyright infringement appearing on or through our website.

We respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (“DMCA”).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available on or through our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent.

Your notice must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, together with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, such as the specific URL where the material appears.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

DMCA notices should be sent to our designated copyright agent. You may also contact us using the DMCA notice form.

Please note that only copyright infringement notices should be sent to the DMCA agent. Other requests may not receive a response through this channel.

Removal of Allegedly Infringing Material

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user or content provider responsible for the material, where appropriate.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted or provided was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated copyright agent.

Your counter-notification must include the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in the district where we may be found.
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or from that person’s authorized agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website, remove content, disable submissions, or take other appropriate action against users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Copyright Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
