Lena Paul Bio
Lena Paul is an American adult model and porn actress. She was born on October 12, 1993, in DeLand, Florida, United States. She has also been worked professionally as Lena Peach.
Lena Paul stepped into the Penthouse spotlight in October 2026 as a featured model at 33. Her 37-25-36 figure, blue eyes and blond hair shaped the distinctive look of her Penthouse feature.
Before adult film, Lena Paul followed a markedly different path. After graduating from high school early, she studied Latin American studies at the University of Louisville and later worked with a startup focused on sustainable agriculture in South America. While traveling in Central America, she began webcam modeling to supplement her income. When the startup folded, that side venture became a new professional direction, leading to her first explicit shoot for Big Naturals in April 2016.
Her rise through the industry was rapid. Paul worked with Reality Kings, Mofos, Brazzers, Naughty America, Evil Angel, Blacked, Tushy, Digital Playground, and other major studios, eventually accumulating hundreds of credited appearances. Her film work included Drive, Sleepless Nights, Justice League XXX: An Axel Braun Parody, The Art of Anal Sex, and Airlight Invasion, the latter adding a writing credit to her work in front of the camera.
Industry recognition followed soon after her debut. She won Best New Starlet at the 2018 XRCO Awards and received the AVN Fan Award for Hottest Newcomer the same year. In 2020, Drive earned her an AVN Award for Best Group Sex Scene, while her career also brought nominations for Female Performer of the Year and other performance categories. The awards marked a progression from a relatively late entry into adult film to regular work at the industry’s highest-profile studios and ceremonies.
Paul’s career also expanded beyond traditional studio releases. She developed a substantial direct-to-fan presence through subscription platforms and social media, while continuing professional shoots well into the 2020s. Away from production, her documented interests include gaming, travel, chess, languages, and cooking; she has also described herself as a trained chef. By the time of her Penthouse appearance in October 2026, her career had already stretched across studio film, writing, webcam work, subscription content, and a large online audience — a distinctly modern adult-entertainment career built across several formats rather than one.
